Bookings and Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues or events can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask a minimum of 24 (business) hours notice to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.
If you cancel between 24 to 6 hours prior your appointment we will require a 20% cancellation fee.
You will receive a text message reminder, the day before, of their upcoming appointment. A response to confirm, reschedule or cancel is required as soon as possible before the treating day. The appointment may not be available if this does not occur.
No Shows
If you do not show up and provide no communication you will not receive a deposit refund; it will be kept by Skin Revolution Australia as lost income supplement.
Any future appointments with Skin Revolution Australia will only be considered if a 50% baseline treatment deposit is made. This is also non-refundable in the event of another no show with no communication.
Package Expiry
Treatments are transferable to other individuals and are not valid after a period of 12 months from the purchase date.
Treatment Time
Treatment times may vary depending on the routine that needs to be followed for your skin and how your body reacts to the treatment and products. We value your time so it’s our policy to run on time. Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment as your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. Consequently, we advise all our clients to arrive minimum 5min ahead schedule.
After you receive your treatment, the follow up process will be made. A text message, Face-To-Face consultation or phone conversation are ways to do this, the most appropriate and preferred way will be discussed with you and set up.
Individual results may vary and while we work to obtain the best results these may vary depending on a number of factors. Eg. Skin type, the severity of the condition, skincare routine, exposure to the sun, lifestyle and age.
